1 Having knowledge and ideas about current issues and problems together with their historical, social, and cultural dimensions. Having advanced knowledge and comprehension in the field of International Relations, supported by the most up-to-date textbooks, practical tools and materials, and other scientific sources, and being able to use them..
2 Being able to evaluate the concepts, ideas and data of Foreign Policy and International Relations with scientific methods, to identify and analyze complex events, developments and issues, to engage in discussions, and to develop proposals based on facts and research. Being aware of the principles of professional and scientific ethical conduct.
3 Having skills in methods and research techniques in producing and using knowledge, and in accessing information
4 Having the potential and ability to improve oneself in career fields of international relations such as diplomacy and attachéship.
5 Being able to inform interested and uninterested audience groups about topics related to International Relations, and to clearly convey to them one’s thoughts, the problems related to the subject, and the solution methods in written and oral form. Being compatible with teamwork, having initiative, being open to innovative ideas, and being able to think analytically. Using Turkish well, having good written and oral communication skills, being able to express oneself correctly, and having the ability to empathize
6 Reaching information by conducting scientific research, evaluating and interpreting the information together with the expansion and deepening of knowledge in the same or a different field based on the undergraduate qualifications of International Relations, History, Economics, Sociology, and Theology.
