It is aimed that the students acquire knowledge about the importance of school health and school health services.

History, definition of school health, location of school health in the world and Turkey, school health nursing, school health nurse s role and responsibilities, characteristics of school children, acute problems in school health in children, chronic problems in school health of children, risk davrananış in school children (smoking, alcohol use, sexual behavior), risky behavior in school children (Eating disorders, insufficient physical activity), violence in school, school health promotion programs, design of the school health office, safe school environment.
