| Dersin Amacı | The module provides an in-depth understanding of the theory and practices of HRM. Throughout the course, students are expected to actively participate in the class and read journal articles as well as state of the art HR reports. This will not only broden their understanding of theoratical concepts of HR but also equip them with practical knowledge of HR and its functions.
