Dersin Amacı

Dersin amacı uluslararası politikada etkili olan büyük güçler: ABD, Çin, Rusya ve Avrupa Birliği'nin öne çıkan ülkeleri Fransa, İtalya, İngiltere ve Almanya'nın Afrika'ya yönelik politikalarını anlamaktır.

Dersin İçeriği

Derste Amerika Birleşik Devletleri, Çin ve Rusya'nın yanı sıra Fransa, İtalya, İngiltere ve Almanya'nın Afrika'ya yönelik politikasını resmi dış politika belgeleri, temsilcilikler, STK faaliyetleri, ticari ve yatırım ilişkileri incelenecektir. Buna ek olarak bahsi geçen ülkelerin dış politika ve Afrika'ya yönelik politikaları akademik metinler üzerinden tartışılacaktır. Büyük güçlere ek olarak Türkiye, Suudi Arabistan ve BAE'nin Afrika politikası da benzer bir yöntemle tartışılacaktır.
