2 Being able to evaluate the concepts, ideas and data of Foreign Policy and International Relations with scientific methods, to identify and analyze complex events, developments and issues, to engage in discussions, and to develop proposals based on facts and research. Being aware of the principles of professional and scientific ethical conduct.
3 Having skills in methods and research techniques in producing and using knowledge, and in accessing information
4 Having the potential and ability to improve oneself in career fields of international relations such as diplomacy and attachéship.
