Course Objective

This couse aims to examine the interactions between media and political institutions, actors and processes, in light of theories of journalism, communication and political practice.

Course Content

This course attempts to explain roles of  media in a well-functioning democracy. Furtermore it expolores what constitutes the “media” in today's circumstances. The course will cover a wide range of issues related to media impact on political campaigns and political advocacy.
