To analyse levels of Turkish Democracy.
Dersin İçeriği
As a term of democracy and non-democratic systems of government. Democracy and Republic. Social, economic and culturel bases of Turkey. Some important steps in Turkish Democracy; Ser’i Huccet Sened-i Ittifak and Firman of Tanzimat. Establishing of councils and attending of public to governing process. Movements about democratic rights and freedom. Passing to fisrt constitution “Kanun-i Esasi” and to new regime.
