The course will begin with the Karlofça Agrement and make assessment the deficiency of Ottoman diplomacy. Especially the course will touch the progress in the world after the French Revolution and the reaction the Ottoman Empire against the French Revolution. Moreover the course will make assessment concerning the innovations in the diplomatic field and its effects on the political system of the Ottoman Empire
