The goal of this course is to give students to be able to
* define cyber warfare with information security, intelligence operations, and relationship between network-centric warfare
* define ethical and legal issues related to cyber warfare
* be aware of new technologies to extend ability to move in cyber space
* use of national and international cyber security politics and doctrines for cyber deterrence in the light of current events and future porblems
* define the improvements in cyber warfare capabilities from international perspective

Concepts of cyber warfare, cyber deterrence policies, ethical and legal dimension of cyber warfare, cyber attacks targeted states and defense doctrines, and cyber security standards.
