Dersin Amacı

it is aimed to give functional piano knowledge and skills to the individuals as the continuation of Piano II course.

As a tool / instrument, piano, piano training and piano playing activities have been found primarily in important areas of music and music education areas with important functions. On the other hand, it is stated that the piano education and piano playing activity have important positive functions on the development of the individual without regard to a field or geography. Thus, it is expected that this Piano III course, which is included in the program at the point of functional piano education which can be evaluated in the auxiliary musical instrument, also has functions in broader perspectives on the individual, mainly psychomotor, emotional and cognitive knowledge and skills aimed at by the manipulation of related topics and interdisciplinary approaches.

Dersin İçeriği

This course, the third of four semester piano lessons, is the continuation of the previus piano courses' topics (see the related "Course Contents") and includes theoretical and practical studies, including the same approach and all the topics:

1 - Selected pieces from the piano, piano education and classical music literature and/or written/edited by the instructor /

2- Scales, finger strengthening and agility studies,

3 - Cadence and modulation,

4 - Further analysis and additional form information,

5 - Broader range of voices and octaves, keyboard dominance, deciphering and memorizing the ability to strengthen and advance,

6 - Introduction to contrapuntal music,

7 - Two-handed articulation and culling differences at the higher level (simultaneous linkage and legato studies with the portoic theme and staccato / portato),

8 - Relatively high contrast dynamics, changes and balances,

9 - Simplicity in designing accompaniment and writing notes,

10- Introduction to duo or four-hand piano studies,

11- Introduction to pedal use.
