At the end of this course students learn the spectroscopic methods and X-ray crystallography

Light microscopy use and measurement methods, separation methods (chromatography, centrifugation, electrophoresis, PCR), non-ionizing marking technique, radioactive probes marking techniques, immunohistochemical labeling techniques reviewed and applications will be made.
