Basic concepts in chromatography and separation science General look to the chromatography and importance and function in chemistry, Plate and rate theories in chromatography, Adsorption parameters, column efficiency, resolution, Gas chromatography and fundamentals, method development and application. High Performance Liquid chromatography (HPLC) Fundamentals, method development and application. Capillary electrophoresis and theories, method development and application.
