Dersin Amacı

To give the knowledge of recognising and explicating traditional costumes and finery; understanding effects of geography, culture, Religion, sociology and economy on the diversity of costuming in tradition. 

Dersin İçeriği

The origin, historical development, definition and importance of traditional costumes; traditional costumes, finery and terminology of zeybek, horon, halay, bar, karşılama ve kaşık regions; the comparison and expression of  different regions tradional costumes similarities and differences, designing traditional costumes for stage performances.
