Early childhood education institutions and private pre-kindergarten communication with the official definition, time and contact management processes kindergarten model, elements, properties, blocking factors, facilitating factors, emotions and physical role and use of language in communication, effective listening, feedback, communication, conflict and management, child-teacher-parent communication, and environmental considerations, internal and external factors affecting the environment in kindergarten, kindergarten management models, education, environment and regulation of agents and unwanted behavior management, organization, theoretical knowledge and skill in creating a positive atmosphere.
