At the 21st century, the global economic, political, social and geographical re-structuring was a bottom-up process of becoming. This process is still not finished. Representing one pole of the bipolar world of the Soviet Union disintegration, especially the Eurasian geography and volatility of long-established system, and has brought about changes. Turks living in the geopolitics of Eurasia and the European Union´s foreign policy affecting the process. World and European Union policies in Turkey living in this geopolitics gained importance in this context. Policy, which has a very important place in the world to Europe´s security policies, how they teach, which is executed out of the corporate actors are effective and which are important for the Turkish Economy. Role in shaping the policies of the World and the EU and Turkey´s attitude in the examination of these policies will be among the main issues of the course.
This lecture examines EU foreign policies security strategy issues and Turkic World relations. European Institutions, Perception of security in Europe, European Union´s Common Foreign and Security Policy, European Security and Defence Policy, NATO, OSCE, the transatlantic security relationship, EU strategies and relations. The study focuses on the nature of the EU strategic interests and the importance of distant contingencies -such as Middle Asia and Caucasia." It assesses the impact of the difference in strategic cultures between, EU, and Turkic World.
