Dersin Amacı

This course, which we use ballet techniques, is to create the general dancer infrastructure required for our aimed students and to contribute to Turkish Folk Games applications.

Dersin İçeriği

Ballet bar exercises and mid-range exercises and corner exercises make up the content of the lesson, Streching and conditioning exercises, in which the muscle structure of the student is often repeatedly practiced to access the infrastructure required for the dancer's body and the students are required to recognize the boundaries of their bodies and to develop the boundaries of the bodily bodies.
